Did you know that if you pay the premium you are entitled to buy your replacement floor coverings from wherever you like?  Don’t be fooled by the mandate sent to you by your insurer – you really can buy your replacements anywhere you choose!  Not a lot of people know that so if you want to deal with someone you trust and have a good relationship with don’t feel pressured into going elsewhere.
