Sales Team Leader and Manager of the Truro Store, Philip has a wealth of knowledge and advice right down to tips on removing those impossible stains.  Don’t hesitate to give him a call and ask for help.

Although Adrian is the Manager of the St. Austell store he is very involved in the sales and often out on the road visiting customers and measuring up.

Helen is our acting Manager at the St. Austell store in Adrian’s absence.  As with all our Managers she is very hands on and you will often find her on the cash desk serving customers and answering the phone.

Derek joined us 10 years ago and is our Warehouse Manager.  Derek oversees all warehouse operations in both stores;  he ensures all goods are recieved and carpets are correctly cut and stored ready for the fitters and that they have the correct underlay, gripper, doorbars etc.  There is often a tight time schedule so accuracy and speed are of paramount importance and he keeps his team on their toes!
